Week #5: DISC GOLF: July 26 & 28from 9:00a-1:00p
An upcoming and very popular sport – Disc golf is a great way to get outside and challenge yourself on a local course or make up your own course. Like golf, you have different discs for different “strokes” and your goal is to get to the hole in the least amount of throws. These sessions will cover how to throw the disc, disc selection, tricks to difficult shots, and how to be your best on each hole. Disc sets are provided and we will be playing the Newport, Sunapee, and Mt Sunapee Courses.
