Hopper:

Tin Cans

Recycled Plastic

(TIN) Rinsed, Labels are Ok, also tinfoil/ pie plates

(Plastict) PETE & HDPE, rinsed with caps removed

Cardboard

Breakdown and keep dry. (Separate from Paper)

Paper

“Anything That Rips” – White paper, Colored paper, Magazines, Newspapers, Cereal Boxes, Envelopes(Even with plastic windows), catalogues, and phone books.

Glass

Rinsed and caps removed. Labels are Ok. All glass is accepted.  We also accept Fluorescent Blubs from homes, not businesses. We appreciate having the bulbs whole, but if they are broken they must be in a bag.
(Drinking glass, mirrors, etc.)

Brush & Metal Disposal Center:

Burn Pile

 Restricted to brush and wood that is no longer than 4 inches in diameter

 PROHIBITED:
Wood shingles, roofing materials, treated lumber of any kind, painted wood, cardboard, tires, paper, and general refuse.

General Metal Pile

Will accept old appliances, piping, water heaters, radios, sheet metals, car parts, etc.

 

Special Metal Pile

Will accept mufflers, tailpipes, exhaust systems, or their parts, clean pails, buckets, and wire and metal fencing.

 

PROHIBITED FROM ALL METAL PILES

Containers with hazardous waste, toxic or prohibited materials or containers that contain liquids or solids on any form, tanks, or gas
